Roads-2-Roam is an alternative blog about travel. We don’t just travel but we roam which makes us modern day Roamans. So who are The Roamans? We are all around : everywhere you go, you will see and meet Roamans.

In the mountains..

In the Cities..there are Roamans.

At the beach..there will be Roamans.

At the airport..

Roads-2-Roam is the first site of an online travel community where you can meet with fellow Roamans. That community will be the Roaman Empire but we will simply call it ‘Roam‘.

As with the Ancient Rome, we re-incarnated some old characters to help us run Roam. After all, they know a thing or two. These will be the Emperors of Roam and you’ll may of heard of many of the characters : Augustus; Cleopatra; Julius Caesar; Nero; Claudius and Caligula to name a few.

Under Roads-2-Roam we will write about many things related to travel. We will laugh. We will cry. We may speak aloud. We sometimes wonder why. We may be poets, and we may not know it.

Roam plans to get an online travel library that will help you plan a travel.

Roam plans to have a forum discussion board for you to discuss your travel.

Life isn’t all bread though as we know sometimes life is a circus. As such, we will offer you games including a ‘Feed them to the Lions‘ list.

However, Roam isn’t going to build in one day. It will be an ongoing project, so bear with us and we hope to see you as a valued Roaman citizen.

Head Emperor of Roam. Originally born Gaius Octavius in 63BC, Augustus has great deal of experience running empires, dealing with civil wars, subdueing barbarian tribes and that sort of thing. Currently living in Katy, Texas, Mr Caesar is the architect of modern day Roam with aspirations of starting up a new virtual empire. In his spare time Augustus is a family man.
